Last updated: 9 May 2026. This page explains what HeloDesk provides, how billing works, and the boundaries around setup, support, and service use.

A guided response and routing service for clinics.

HeloDesk is a clinic-facing response, routing, and workflow support service designed to help clinics reply faster, guide booking more clearly, and keep better control over inbound enquiries.

HeloDesk is not a medical provider, legal service, or guaranteed revenue system. It is an operational service layer designed to improve response quality and front-desk handling.

Setup, implementation, and ongoing support.

The service may include setup, implementation, message-flow configuration, front-desk routing logic, clinic-specific guidance, and ongoing monthly support depending on the agreed scope.

Anything unusually complex, multi-location, or outside the standard agreed scope may be quoted or scoped separately.

Setup and monthly billing.

Where applicable, HeloDesk charges an agreed setup fee and an agreed recurring monthly fee for continued support and service operation.

Invoices are due according to the payment terms agreed with the clinic. Late or missed payments may pause onboarding, support, or active service delivery.

Changes, pauses, and ending the service.

Either side may request cancellation or pause of service with reasonable notice. Any work already completed, billed, or specifically commissioned remains payable.

If a clinic requests extra work outside the original scope, HeloDesk may quote separately before continuing.

Operational data only, handled carefully.

HeloDesk may process enquiry-related operational information needed to route, respond, and support clinic workflows. Clinics remain responsible for their own legal, regulatory, and privacy obligations.

HeloDesk is intended to improve operations, not replace the clinic’s own responsibility for patient communication, consent, or records governance.

Reasonable limits apply.

HeloDesk provides the service in good faith and with reasonable care, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific revenue outcomes, or results beyond the service scope and the clinic’s own follow-through.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, HeloDesk is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.
